Dissemination plan, campaign strategy

The plan will describe the activities the whole consortium and third parties will need to undertake. Dissemination activities will be listed for the different target groups. The campaign strategy will also form part of this document, and will be created with the support of BureauQ.

Strategic plan for stakeholder engagement

This document will be drawn up to develop the project strategy on how stakeholders are to be engaged in each country, providing clear guidelines to the museum partners and Third Parties on how to develop and best make use of their local hubs, using input from the European Advisory Board on how best to approach and cooperate with partners, taking account of national and cultural differences.

European Advisory Board

This report will have a list of the people that take part in the European Advisory Board. Members of the board will consist of European representatives of schools, museums, research institutions and industry. The report will contain a first detailed description of the role of the committee

Set of developed modules

Each of the five museum partners will be assigned at least three sets of good practices (one set involving schools, one involving science centre or museum staff and one involving researchers or industry) to develop. They will refine the sets of good practices into workable modules in English, ready to be piloted and these modules will be listed in the report of developed modules.

Complete modular toolkit

This report will contain the complete set of at least 15 full modules (at least 5 for schools, 5 for museums and 5 for research/industry) that will be licensed with Creative Commons, and also uploaded to the Hypatia website and to the Scientix portal where they will be accessible and searchable by various criteria.

Interim evaluation report

The interim evaluation report will provide solid guidance on the effectiveness of the management of the project once it is in the middle of its lifespan.

Institutional guidelines

This report will have a set of guidelines aimed at institutional change in the way STEM is communicated. The institutions targeted will be schools, science centres and museums, research institutions and industry. The guidelines will draw on existing literature, previous projects, Hypatia outcomes and input from the Gender Panel and Advisory Board.

Mid-term report on dissemination, campaign and sustainability

This report will include information about the dissemination activities that will have taken place by all partners at the middle of the project, it will give an overview of the campaign until that stage and updated information regarding the sustainability strategy of the project.

Project management and quality assurance manual

This handbook will be referred to the preparation of all project documents, in particular project deliverables. it will identify key deliverables that will be peer-reviewed and examined before they are formally submitted to the EC for consistency with the quality framework and with the project tasks. it will contain information about administrative, financial and contractual management activities , the obligations for partners and provisions set forth within the Grant Agreement and the Horizon 2020 guidelines for the implementation of projects. It will consist of details of the functions of all committees and responsibilities that are appointed in the project in order to ensure high quality of management and communication at different levels.

State of the art report on gender in STEM

Based on existing literature such as the Rose reports, PISA and other publications, a specific mapping will take place that will look at how gender is addressed in the current STEM curricula in 14 EU countries, guidelines teachers and head teachers receive on how to approach the topic of gender in classrooms, and the existing structures in place nationally and on European level to support science centres, museums, research institutions and industry in communicating STEM in a gender-inclusive way. This report will be validated by the Gender Panel and widely circulated, feeding into the GENPORT and SCIENTIX portals as an additional useful resource.

List of Hub members with descriptions

This report will have a list of the members from all 14 Hubs in HYPATIA. Hubs will consist of a number of different stakeholders who will be the key mechanism in the development and implementation of Hypatia activities.

Ethical Approvals( Ethical approvals by the competent local/national ethics committees, Ethical approvals by the national data protection Laws.

This will be a report containing information coming from all the museums partners ( including third parties) with precise legal and ethical requirements for the project in each country and will include the necessary approvals such as a) ethical approvals by the competent local/national Ethical committees, b) ethical approvals by the national data protection laws

Set of existing good practices on gender inclusion in STEM communication

This report will have a list of good practices based also on input from task 2.1 . All partners, including third parties, will have contributed relevant activities. The first sphere of contribution will be from partners; the second from third parties and the third sphere will seek external existing resources which are available for use within the project. All activities will be either already useable or adaptable for use by schools/museums/research institutions/industry.

Final evaluation report

This final report will be designed in a way to provide a well detailed feedback of the quality , relevance, efficiency effectiveness of the major tasks carried out in the different work packages over the duration of the project.

Set of selected modules per country

This report will contain a list of the selection of a minimum of 6 modules per country from the 14 partners who will be implemented in their country, and will be translated and adapted where necessary, taking into account cultural and regional differences specific to their hub country.
