The work performed during the reported period is divided into three phases:
Task 1 – Marketing/Technical/industrial feasibility Study
Task 2 – Regulatory feasibility Study
Task 3 – Economic/financial and commercial feasibility plan and business plan
The results includes marketing approach, economic and financial forecast data and in-depth analysis and organisational plans. All relevant data, including technical/industrial analysis, regulatory analysis and economic/financial and commercial data, are detailed. A roadmap is enclosed, containing capital sources, financial sources, expected Break-even point and recommended market approach.
Three sales scenario are considered: weak, base and strong.
From a company strategy standpoint, the validity of the project can be supported by the following statements results of the feasibility study.
