Odnośniki do rezultatów i publikacji związanych z poszczególnymi projektami 7PR, a także odnośniki do niektórych konkretnych kategorii wyników, takich jak zbiory danych i oprogramowanie, są dynamicznie pobierane z systemu OpenAIRE .

Project website, facebook and twitter accounts

Publish project website and social media pages for wider reach about the event. The website will be used for publishing of news and different calls to participate in wide spectrum of activities during the event for all target participants: students, researchers, professors and companies.

List of participants for poster session

List of all accepted posters, accompanied by short description and statistics about which fields are most common. Workshop for the poster preparations is planned, this deliverable will contain minutes from it.

Project newsletters

Newsletters will be published before and after the event so that the participants are informed about the sessions that will be held as well as which was the impact of the event afterwards. The first newsletter will be published before the conference, in the fourth month of the project and the second at the end, in the eighth month.

List of speakers for different sessions

List of potential and confirmed speakers for plenary sessions and science tracks. List of entrepreneurs, instructors and recruiters for the student opportunity lab.

List of participants for career and community fair

List of companies, start-ups, spin-offs for the career fair, together with list of student organizations that will be part of community fair together with representatives of European initiatives regarding mobility and career advancmenet.

Toolkit for EURAXESS service network

A toolkit released right after the event will be published on the project website and on the local EURAXESS portal so that researchers new to the EURAXESS service network can use it more frequently.
