A kit protocol for the discriminating serum cytokines/growth factors

A kit protocol for the ELISA’s for hCRP, IL-6, IL-10, CCL2, PTX3, sCD25, IL-7, SCF, IGFBP-2 and BDNF (or a selection of those factors) and other found serum cytokines and growth factors discriminating active mood disorders and helpful in determining therapy responsiveness.

A PAXGENE kit protocol

A kit protocol for a Q-PCR on PAXGENE material for the key genes of cluster 1 and 2 , the IFN cluster and, if relevant, also for growth and apoptosis genes discriminating active mood disorders and helpful in determining therapy responsiveness.
