Review of scientific and technical literature about liquid deposition technologies

UNI, together with TUC, ENAS and SG, will report into a single document the results of a deep review of the available techniques for ink-suspension deposition. This review will include technical - patent included - and scientific open literature; the relationship between additive technologies and ink physical and rheological properties will be emphasised. The document will be presented in the form of a PDF (Portable Document Format) file and made available to the public at M5 on the project website. The document may be a first draft to be submitted as a review paper for possible journal publication; in this case, were the paper accepted, the final version will be uploaded.

Project dissemination and communication plan

A list of concrete dissemination activities will be assemble in the first year of the project and updated throughout the funding period. The plan will also contain a list of contacts and a Sounding Board.

Non-selected techniques: report on possible improvements

The potential for improvement of the non-selected technologies will be summarized in a report available to public, along with suggestions making them ready for implementation in a medium-term horizon. UNI, supported by TUC, ENAS, JMFC and SG, will present an exhaustive report about possible improvements of the techniques non-selected for implementation within MAMA MEA project (Task 1.4). Notably, a detailed set of actions and objectives will be discussed as a path to make those technologies potentially applicable in a medium-term horizon. The report will be made publicly available at M30 in PDF format on the project website. It will be updated and subject to changes and extensions throughout the M8-M30 time span, in parallel with the other activities.

Report on suitable test protocols and baseline testing

A set of test protocols to carry out a baseline testing exercise using state-of-the-art roll-to-roll manufacturing.

Layer characterization

The description of a comprehensive suite of tests characterizing the deposited layers in a morphological way and as well as their ability to perform to the specification under the desired conditions will be given in this publically accessible report.

Project web site

Web site tracking the project activities and achievements providing the non-confidential information to the general public.
