Final results of the pilot projects in terms of achieved emission reduction

In this deliverable the final results regarding the remission reduction of the user pilots as agreed with the stakeholders will be describedAs with the other deliverables of WP3 also this one is a dynamic document ie when a new pilot is conceived executed and results are analysed the results will be added to these documents The full version will be available close to the end of the project

Report targeted towards policymakers, on the impact of measures

This Deliverable describes the extrapolation of the emission impact of the range of individual behavioural measures and interventions to entire fleets and all traffic situations This will allow for a final comparison of different measures and interventions indicating the effectiveness in the pilots and how likely each of them is to be successful in daily life

Dissemination and communication report (final)

This deliverable is an extension of D55 and summarizes all the dissemination and communication activities in the whole project relevant dissemination material such as papers leaflets presentations etc will be annexed to this report

Dissemination and communication plan (update)

This Deliverable evaluates the dissemination and communication activities performed in the first half of the project. Based on the lessons learned, it describes the communication plan and dissemination activities for the second half of the project.

Updated ranking of measures, reflecting likeliness of success

D41 will be augmented with feedback from participants in the pilot and stakeholders This results in a more refined comparison of the measures and interventions with an eye on the broader implementation of the pilots

Cheap and simple monitoring solutions

This deliverable describes the output of Task 1.3 and describes the solutions: method, validation, and test report.

Software for online and for trip analysis in post-processing with car owner guidelines

This deliverable provides the results of Task 22 and 23 It includes the model underlying the software of the pilot tools Furthermore the car owner guidelines for usage of this software is provided

Exploitation report (final)

This report evaluates the exploitation of results from the project by other parts of the project Mainly WP1 and WP2 results are foreseen to be used in WP3 pilotsFurthermore based on the exploitation within uCARe the forseen exploitation of uCARe results by partners and other organisations is described

Tampering

The impact of tampering on pollutant emissions, the occurrences of tampering and the countermeasures that can be taken will be evaluated in this document. The outcome is an impact assessment of tampering on the vehicle emissions under consideration of different vehicle use. The real effectiveness of onboard diagnostics (OBD) and periodic technical inspections (PTI) against tampering is also assessed.

Exploitation plan

This Deliverable describes the ways how the uCARE consortium partners expect to exploit the results of uCARe during the project. For the public results from the first half of the project, the foreseen exploitation by other parties is also descibed.

Catalogue of requirements for the simulation method

This Deliverable lists the outcomes of Task 2.1 and provides the requirements for the models/tools to be developed in Task 2.2. It is a catalogue of requirements for the models and tools development.

Report on expected air quality impact, including maps showing pollution concentrations

This deliverable presents the results of Task 44 The potential for air quality improvement from emission reductions will be evaluated using existing background air pollution dispersion models for 35 cities It shows the simulation results from scenarios describing the individual and combined impact of the highest ranked measures and interventions on emissions from Task 42

Dissemination and communicationreport (mid-term)

This deliverable summarizes all the dissemination and communication activities in the first half of the project; relevant dissemination material such as papers, leaflets, presentations, etc. will be annexed to this report.

Citizen science on pollutant emissions

In this the outcome of Deliverable 1.4 will be described. The citizen science tests are described with reference to websites, YouTube video clips and other media outcome for use in WP3.

Interim description of intervention strategies and methodological details for implementation of measures

In this deliverable user pilots as agreed with the stakeholders, will be described. This deliverable also describes the relevant ethics procedures regarding humans and personal data as elaborated in section 5.1.1 and 5.1.2. As with the other deliverables of WP3, also this one is a dynamic document, i.e. when a new pilot is conceived, executed and results are analysed, the results will be added to these documents. The full version will be available close to the end of the project

Interim results of the pilot projects in terms of user feedback and user awareness

In this deliverable the interim results regarding user feedback and user awareness resulting from the user pilots will be described. As with the other deliverables of WP3, also this one is a dynamic document, i.e. when a new pilot is conceived, executed and results are analysed, the results will be added to these documents. The full version will be available close to the end of the project.

Guiding document for pollutant reducing operations and maintenance of NRMM, PTW and HD

This deliverable describes the results of Task 1.5. It is a guiding document for pollutant reducing operations and maintenance of NRMM, PTW and HD.

Preliminary ranking of consumer behaviour measures by effectiveness

This deliverable provides the results of Task 4.1. The emission reduction effects for each of the measures and interventions will be quantified, in such a way it allows for a comparison of the different measures and interventions.

Final results of the pilot projects in terms of user feedback and user awareness

In this deliverable the final results regarding user feedback and user awareness resulting from the user pilots will be describedAs with the other deliverables of WP3 also this one is a dynamic document ie when a new pilot is conceived executed and results are analysed the results will be added to these documents The full version will be available close to the end of the project

Final description of intervention strategies and methodological details for implementation of measures.

In this deliverable the final results regarding the remission reduction of the user pilots will be describedAs with the other deliverables of WP3 also this one is a dynamic document ie when a new pilot is conceived executed and results are analysed the results will be added to these documents The full version will be available close to the end of the project

Augmented emission maps

This document provides a description of the functionality of augmented emission maps and a reference to the opensource website containing the augmented emission maps information for the relevant vehicle groups and technologies in the taxonomyThe normalized engine maps will be made available as open research data

Report targeted towards policymakers, on the role of remote sensing

This Deliverable is linked to Task 43 It describes the role of remote sensing in the identification of individual vehicles with suspiciously high emission levels pointing to durability problems or tampering

Interim results of the pilot projects in terms of achieved emission reduction.

In this deliverable the interim results regarding the remission reduction of the user pilots, as agreed with the stakeholders, will be described. As with the other deliverables of WP3, also this one is a dynamic document, i.e. when a new pilot is conceived, executed and results are analysed, the results will be added to these documents. The full version will be available close to the end of the project.

Dissemination and communication plan

Based on the outline provided in section 2.2 of Part B of the proposal, a dissemination and communication plan (D5.2) will be written. It will detail the use of communication channels and the dissemination strategy. Also, the role of the Pilot and Dissemination Advisory Board will be described.

Technology and vehicle taxonomy

This document is the result of Task 1.1 (see task description). This taxonomy will be used in the tools to provide information to individual car owners, once the car’s place in the taxonomy is determined.

Data management plan

This is the data management plan conform the Open Research Pilot.

Website of the project

The website will present the project, the partners, and is one of the channels to disseminate the deliverables and call for participation in the WP3 pilots. To make it attractive to revisit the website, new content will be added on a monthly basis. In addition to project-related information also uCARe related news will be (re)published.
