Report on stacked perovskite-on-CIS tandem solar cell demonstrator (0.5 cm2 aperture area). End-of-project efficiency target is 30 %.

10 % small-area CIS cell under NIR

Report on smallarea CIS solar cell demonstrator 10 efficiency for NIRillumination 20 for 1sun illumination and its stability Efficiency target is 10 215 mAcm2 JSC 600 mV VOC and 78 FF under NIRillumination and 20 43 mAcm2 JSC 600 mV VOC and 78 FF under 1sun illumination Stability target is T80 performance under 1sun at 85 C load for 1000 h Report on approach to reduce root mean square roughness Rt 40 nm for the CIS cell stack

Report on monolithically grown perovskite/CIS tandem solar cell demonstrator (aperture area = 0.5 cm2). End-of-project efficiency target is 30 %. Discussion of interlayer selection and concept development.

20 % semi-transparent perovskite cell

Report on the – solar cell, TCO’s and simulation – development of the 20 % semi-transparent perovskite solar cell demonstrator. End-of-project targets: efficiency above 20 %, 1200 mV VOC, and 90 % transparency (below band gap) at a band gap of 1.6-1.7 eV.

Model LCA and TEA for tandem

Report on the final model for LCA and TEA of the stacked and monolothic perovskite-on-CIS tandem technology, discussing the scientific, technological, environmental and economic potential of perovskite-on-CIS tandem technologies. Final statement regarding the reduced use of critical materials, e.g. Indium. Final statement regarding the emissions reductions.

8 % CIS cell on large-area under NIR

Report on CIS development for large-area: 10 cm × 10 cm demonstrator with 8 % (NIR) and 18 % (1-sun) mean efficiency, CIS cell stack on 20 cm × 20 cm sample (with bandgap of 1.0 eV), and CIS cell stack (with Rt < 40 nm) for monolithic tandem module development
