Dissemination Plan

In line with the communication approach, UCD will deliver the Dissemination Plan for the project at M3, defining the means to disseminate and communicate project details to the public and targeted community. With the support of each partner, the WP Leader will oversee the implementation of the plan where the expected results, objectives, target audiences, dissemination actions, methods and tools, timeline and outcome indicators will be clearly outlined. Partners will also actively share the project results at conferences, workshops, journal publications and talks in key research areas of the project, as described in Section 2 of the proposal. The main activities are: - Publication at top ranking international journals and conferences, as described in Section2; - Feedback collection on evaluating the AR interactive technologies for further needs assessment and requirements that are applicable for implementation/next generation beyond the life of the project; (UCD leads - Inputs: All partners). The knowledge generated in this project will be carried out along three lines: i/ Scientific Exploitation; ii/ Economic Exploitation; and iii/ Societal Exploitation. Moreover, all the consortium members shall continuously report project results that may form the basis of patents to the Project Steering Committee (PSC). Update M14, M28

Pilots Deployment Plan.

Update M18; This task will address the requirements of the pilots in a multiplicity of dimensions and the data management plan. In the first instance, each pilot will be treated individually, allowing for a detailed understanding in terms of the AR interactivity within the different contents provided from CLB and WWL.

Pilots Performance Analysis.

Pilots Performance Analysis Milestone5 Update M36 This task is responsible for the management and monitoring of the pilots while they are operational oversight of each individual pilot is the responsibility the Pilots Manager All issues will be reported and addressed as per protocol defined in Dissemination and Communication Plan in the next WP On completion of the pilots ARETE will be evaluated in terms of AR components interactivity and a qualitative and quantitative questionnaire will be delivered to all users participating at the pilots UNW will lead the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results and will be analysed as per the protocol96 and KPIs defined in the Pilot Deployment Plan Deliverable 1 Feedback will be taken for evaluation from the students during the final ARETE workshop organised from the Pilots Manager at EUN A dialog with all partners at WP6 will be emphasised to ensure effective communication of pilot progress and ongoing results

Pilots Requirements, Design.

Pilots Requirements, Design. This task will address the requirements of the pilots in a multiplicity of dimensions and the data management plan. In the first instance, each pilot will be treated individually, allowing for a detailed understanding in terms of the AR interactivity within the different contents provided from CLB and WWL. Certain criteria for benchmarking purposes will be defined (i.e. ethics, GUI, performance, accessibility, privacy). It is intended that ARETE will participate in the EC’s Pilot on Open Research Data, and to this end it would deposit the relevant data (as foreseen by the related Horizon 2020 documents) in a research data repository, and to the maximum extent possible implement provisions for third parties to access, mine, exploit, reproduce and disseminate this data. Accompanying these measures, it is intended that ARETE will provide the information necessary for validating the project’s results.
