This report covers virtual testing methods in current aerospace standards and guidelines vs. state-of-the-art application in the industry.
Identify the following items:
- Describe tools/technologies by testing method: MIL, SIL, VPIL, HIL. FAVIT will use MISSION inputs as baselines for these testing methods.
- Describe the possibility of use virtual testing following the aerospace standards
- Identify the needed updates of the tools to be used in certification processes.
- Compare the requisites of the certification process and the proposed tools for virtual testing.
