Młot elektryczny otwiera nowe możliwości
Istnieje wiele działań, które mogą podjąć przedsiębiorstwa budowlane, by zmniejszyć ogromny negatywny wpływ tej branży na środowisko naturalne i zadbać o ekologię. Zespół finansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej projektu LEKAEH zamierza opracować nowatorski i energooszczędny młot elektryczny, który zastąpi tradycyjne rozwiązania hydrauliczne. Nowatorskie rozwiązanie pozwoli na ograniczenie zużycia energii nawet o 75 %, jednocześnie zmniejszając lokalne emisje CO2 do zera, charakteryzując się przy tym znacznie lepszymi osiągami niż dotychczas wykorzystywane technologie. Poza istotnymi korzyściami wypływającymi z użycia nowej technologii, rozwiązanie firmy Lekatech otwiera drogę do cyfryzacji, umożliwiając gromadzenie danych i wykorzystanie oprogramowania, co pozwoli na dalsze rozszerzenie zakresu zastosowań opracowanego rozwiązania.
Cel
The LEKAEH innovation project aims to bring to market a novel, energy-efficient, electric hammer as a replacement to the traditional hydraulic hammer (also known as a hydraulic breaker).
The product is supporting the electric transformation trend of construction and mining machines. The innovation saves up to 75% energy, is more verstaile in use, has higher performance values and is more environmentally friendly. All this is possible due to electric transformation in the mentioned segment. We are no more limited to use only hydraulics as high power level energy source. Instead, high power levels of electricity are available in hybrid and all electric machines.
In this feasibility study of the SME Phase I project Lekatech aims firstly to build co-operation with potential future customers and define its position within the value chain of construction and mining machine sector. Secondly Lekatech aims to continue its technical feasibility work and reach the next milestone, the design of commercial prototype that builds on the current technology prototype. Thirdly Lekatech intends to improve the quality of its overall business plan, especially in relation to differentiating between and evaluating the most attractive primary business strategy and the second most attractive strategies that are to be considered as backups and expansion opportunities for the future.
This innovation project is essential in paving the path to commercializing this disruptive technology. This project is targeted to prepare the company for successful application to Phase II as next.
Lekatech Oy was founded solely to commercialize this novel technology and its success is measured only by its performance in this.
