First Policy and market recommendations

The consortium will generate recommendations regarding policy/regulation as well as market structures in order to create a friendlier environment for the adoption and wide replication of REScoopVPP solution in particular in the context of energy communities. This first version will be the opportunity to address open questions, compare countries legislation and introduce SRI considerations.
