Towards user journeys for the delivery of cross-border services ensuring data sovereignty

Report for cross-border service gap analysis - Initial

This report will include an analysis of the requirements needed to deploy interoperable crossborder and usercentric public services based on desktop research

Communication, Networking Plan and Dissemination Strategy

This deliverable has a threefold goal Firstly it will define the way in which the different communities scientific commercial general public will be targeted as well as the social media will be used Secondly it will detail the specific plan for networking activities with external entities including the specific working group this project will participate Finally it will describe the project dissemination strategy to be adopted throughout the project lifetime The release of the respective report is considered one of the key milestones of the project

User Journey Methodology definition - Initial

This deliverable will include the first version of the ACROSS User Journey Methodology that will be further applied in the cocreation sessions This document will present a generic approach to the User Journey Methodology that will be personalized for the crossborder mobility life event

ACROSS Governance framework including service design approach - Initial

This deliverable will include a thorough description of the results of codesign and cocreation sessions to define the ACROSS Governance framework Such a governance framework will explain how a national public service delivery governance framework will relate to an international dimension This deliverable will be released M12 and reviewed and updated in M35

Use case scenarios and roadmap

This document will detail descriptions of all three use cases including their execution scenarios involved stakeholders planned activities on engaging private sector and endusers of the ACROSS platform in the cdesign of the services as well as s detailed roadmap for use case execution

Design of the ACROSS Data Governance framework for data sovereignty - Initial

This document will contain 1 the requirements functional specification the technical architecture the design of the modules composing the framework and a description of the APIs needed to interact with the framework 2 the design of a generic data governance mechanism such as a data governance data model for handling data access rights eg ODRL and 3 mockups of the user interface and 4 the relevant baseline technologies that will be used for the implementation of the data governance framework

System Architecture & Implementation Plan - Initial

This is the initial report detailing the design of the system architecture including the user interfaces and technical specifications It also provides a detailed implementation plan on how to integratelink all the components This task is intimately related to Task 31 and all tasks of WP4

Legal requirements

This deliverable will detail the legal requirements gathered directly from applicable legislation which the consortium must take into account during the development of ACROSS results

ACROSS brochure and public website

The initial version of the brochure and project website will include at least project objectives and contact details ACROSS website will be setup and continuously enhanced by all partners to include public downloadable results and links to related news and initiatives

Data management plan

Plan detailing what data the project will generate whether and how it will be exploited or made accessible for verification and reuse and how it will be curated and preserved This report will be the output of T11 The DMP plan will be submitted at M6 and regularly updated previous versions will be rejected to allow the upload of the new ones additionally the Technical Report could include the update versions of the DMP eg in Section 3 of the periodic report

Micro Proxies and services catalogue - Initial

This deliverable will provide the specification and design of both Micro Proxies and the catalogue of services connected to ACROSS Platform through the Micro proxies furthermore this task will provide the reference implementation of the Micro Proxies and the implementation of the catalogue of the services as a webbased application Three versions of the Micro Proxies and services catalogue will be released This is the first version

Components adaptation for SDG, OOP, eIDAS for National public services - Initial

This deliverable will provide the technological components to integrate ACROSS Platform with eIDAS nodes of EU member states in which pilots are located Three different versions of the components will be released at M12 M24 M30 where the feedback from the use cases will be incorporated This is the first version

User support tools - Initial

This deliverable will provide the design of the user support tools and their relative implementation Three versions of the User Support Tools will be released following and iterative incremental approach incorporating the feedback form the Use Cases in the different versions This is the first version

Implementation of the ACROSS Data Governance framework for data sovereignty - Initial

This is the first version of a set of deliverables that will present the iterative implementation of the data governance framework including the legal requirements taken into consideration to comply with the appropriate legislation The implementation will be accompanied by a Technical Specifications report
