Analytical methodology in the environmental field

The fifth International Symposium on Analytical Methodology in the Environmental Field will be held in La Coruna, Spain, on 15-17 April 1998. The symposium is being organized jointly by the MAPFRE Foundation and Perkin Elmer Hispania, in cooperation with the Association of Environmental Sciences and Techniques, the Spanish Society for Analytical Chemistry and the University of Coruna. It is supported by the European Commission within the framework of the Standards, Measurement and Testing programme (SMT).

This year's symposium will place particular emphasis on the multidisciplinary nature of environmental topics, dealing with topics of interest for physicists, chemists, biologists, engineers, veterinary surgeons, mathematicians, etc. Its intention is to provide a forum for professionals from all branches of environmental science.

Contributions for poster presentations are invited for submission by 15 March 1998 at the latest.
