Risultati finali

First set of parameters for modelling (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Annelida quantitative study in terms of burrowing, shape-morphing, species anatomy and morphology will lead to gather a data set supporting shape morphing modelling. All these data will be collected and organized in this deliverable.

Georeferenced Annelida distribution map along the Apulia coast (si apre in una nuova finestra)

In this report CoNISMa will draw an Anellida distribution map along the Apulia coast In particular the identified hard and soft bottom marine habitats along the Salento coast more suitable for the collection of selected Annelida species will be described

First version of actuation units combination (si apre in una nuova finestra)

SSSA will report on how reversibly combine actuation units towards the development of morphing robots with an approach viable at different size. The exploitation of the self-healing properties of the stimuli-responsive hydrogel to enable this combination will be described in detail.

Dissemination, communication and exploitation plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Planned dissemination communication and exploiatation actions will be here described starting from the poposal information and properly updating them This deliverable represents a guidance for the entire project activities

Report on key communication events - 2nd reporting period (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will be submitted at the end of the second periodic period to present the key communication events involving the Consortium. Each partner will contribute to the report by describing the activities undertaken to transfer project results to the widest audience (both general public and scientific/technical/industrial communities).

FAIR-compliant Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The Data Manager DM will take care of the design and update of a Data Management Plan DMP which will be delivered in the form of a report In this document the DM will define the protocols and policies to inform and guide researchers in properly managing their data and software The DMP will follow all the technical activities The DMP will define strict protocols in handling and transferring data during the project For this purpose the organization of several Data Management Team meetings among the different partners is crucial through which the data delivery and standardisations will be discussed and finalised The DMP will follow FAIR Data Principles

First working actuation unit (si apre in una nuova finestra)

In this deliverable we will describe actuation units structure (constitutive materials, multilayered layout) and working principle (devised triggering stimuli).

Annual report on key communication events (si apre in una nuova finestra)

This deliverable will be submitted at the end of the first year to present the key communication events involving the ConsortiumEach partner will contribute to the report by describing the activities undertaken to transfer project results to the widest audience both general public and scientifictechnicalindustrial communities

Validated direct morphing FEM algorithm (si apre in una nuova finestra)

In this report, SSSA will describe the developed FEM algorithm enabling to calculate evolving shapes of structures made of stimuli-responsive hydrogels. The algorithm will be applied to real Annelida-inspired morphing problems and validated by studying living and synthetic configurations.

Delivery of available smart responsive hydrogels for preliminary modelling and for devising integration possibilities (si apre in una nuova finestra)

HUJI will develop and optimize novel hydrogel formulations featured by responsivity to redox signals electrochemical or oxidationreduction agents as stimuli photochemical stimuli using hydrogels modified with photoisomerizable units thermoplamonic nanoparticlesnanorods and chemicalmetabolite agents Information on these formulations and on their features will be summarized in this report and represent a starting point to devise modeling and integration strategies

Project management handbook (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The project management handbook will include all the guidelines for financial reporting the presentation standards for deliverables and reports to the EC measures to ensure timely reporting payment procedures plan and calendar and all the other information allowing the entire Consortium to smoothly handle the MAPWORMS management and interaction with the EC

RP2 update of the Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The Data Manager (DM) will take care of the design and update of a Data Management Plan (DMP), which will be delivered in the form of a report. In this document, the DM will define the protocols and policies to inform and guide researchers in properly managing their data (and software). The DMP will follow all the technical activities. The DMP will define strict protocols in handling and transferring data during the project. For this purpose, the organization of several Data Management Team meetings among the different partners is crucial, through which the data delivery and standardisations will be discussed and finalised. The DMP will follow FAIR Data Principles and will be updated in the framework of the second reporting period of the project.

Website and Project LOGO (si apre in una nuova finestra)

A dedicated website will be designed and properly implemented for public communication A project LOGO will be defined and properly used for project comunication and dissemination purposes
