Experimental results on the potential of different LPS types to induce proinflammatory or tolerogenic response in enterocytes as well as to compromise or reinforce epithelial integrity by using in vitro cell culture models.

The impact on composition of microbiota on intestinal permability and degree of ME will be assessed as well as the impact of aging. The report will describe the results of statistical models to predict key characteristics of microbiota associated with age and risk of ME.

Provides support for and promotes compliance with ethical standards, guidance to the Human Resources, ensuring that Endtotarget's policies, procedures and practices, reinforce and promote the ethical standards

Risk Management plan

Deliverable will include the processes, tools and procedures that will be used to manage and control those events within the Endotarget project that could have a negative impact. It will expose the proposed risk management approach of the project for managing and controlling all project risks. Deliverable will be updated throughout the project.
