Odnośniki do rezultatów i publikacji związanych z poszczególnymi projektami 7PR, a także odnośniki do niektórych konkretnych kategorii wyników, takich jak zbiory danych i oprogramowanie, są dynamicznie pobierane z systemu OpenAIRE .
Rezultaty
A set of ommunication tools and materials encompassing : i) Brand Identity (Logo, fonts, template, etc.)(M4), (ii) Promotional material (flyer, roll-up) (M12), (iii) 4 Press releases, (iv) 2 Explanatory video to present the HURRICANE project at M6 and main results at M42, (v) Project website (M4). (vi) Social media: Dedicated HURRICANE social media profiles (e.g. in LinkedIn, X, YouTube) used to interact with stakeholders and the public.
Stakeholder engagement plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)A report that includes a ‘living’ stakeholder mapping, ii) Co-creation, through online surveys and interviews, as well as workshops for more efficient consultation (in strong interaction with WP2, WP8, WP9) : 1 workshop dedicated to the definition of stakeholders’ needs (WP2), development of new adapted operational procedures (WP7), insights regarding FR’s training (WP9) and iii) dissemination of outputs and best practices (closely with T10.1 and WP9)
Ethical and Societal Aspects report (PRELIMINARY) (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)A PRELIMINARY report that includes a library of social factors will be created to evaluate cross-cutting issues that can arise from UGV solutions, such as specific biases, that can be a barrier for the uptake of these technologies for civil security applications. Border management in air, land, and sea domains, as well as maritime security, will also be investigated to be exhaustive and enable further scalability. Among the societal aspects tackled for this task, disaster risk and resilience management, encompassing preparedness improvement for disaster response and health emergencies, will be a key topic.
Advisory board Engagement & Implementation plan (odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie)It includes the monitoring of all WP activities. All WP leaders have together with the coordinator the responsibility to verify continuously that the project goals and deliverables are achieved. The activities in this task include the setup of a quality policy covering all aspects related to quality assurance and practical management of the overall project. The main issues addressed will include management, communication, and quality control activities. For instance, it will clearly state internal processes related to standards of documents, proof-reading, validation workflow for the approval of deliverables and dissemination, project charter, reporting planning, etc. Key indicators will also be proposed to evaluate the performance of the consortium. Risk monitoring will take place on Task and WP-level. The quality and risk management plan will be part of the Management Handbook (D1.1). Closely with WP9, the risk management will also include AI-related risk assessment.
The DMP will outline the organization, storage, preservation, security, quality assurance, allocation of persistent identifiers (PIDs) andrules and procedures for sharing of data. The consortium will manage the digital research data generated in theaction responsibly, in line with the FAIR principles. The monitoring and implementation of the DMP will be overseen by EURAC, ensuring compliance with national and EU legislation.
