Report on “App challenge”

D7.4 will report the activities performed in the App challenge and will include links to the developed apps in the Social Platform. (TYPE : R/OTHER)

Social Platform design and specification

D2.3 will be a working document including the Social Platform design and specifications in a format understandable both from the users and the developers (UML schema or equivalent). It will be first released at MS3 and continuously updated till its official delivery.

Users engagement report

D2.2 will be a working document about the engagement strategies to be followed in the Social Platform and the pluggable applications. It will be first released at MS2 and continuously updated till its official delivery.

Faro research and ICT recommendations

D2.1 will be a working document about the ongoing research regarding the Faro convention and the ICT implementation of its basic principle. It will be first released at MS, when the first iteration will be completed and continuously updated till its official delivery at the end of the second iteration.

Report on the Final Demonstration

D7.5 will report the organization and the results of the Final Demonstration conducted in Athens. (TYPE : R/OTHER)

Guidelines and Instructions for PLUGGY Apps

D4.5 will include guidelines and instructions for future developers of the PLUGGY pluggable applications. It will encompass knowledge gained from T4.1-T4.4 and present it as code snippets, code documentation, sample app creation, guidelines etc..

D2.4 Curatorial Tool design and specification

D2.4 will be a working document including the Curatorial Tool design and specifications in a format understandable both from the users and the developers (UML schema or equivalent). It will be first released at MS4 and continuously updated till its official delivery.

Community outreach and policy briefing

This deliverable will report the actions and results of the activities performed to promote PLUGGY in multiple audiences and create the PLUGGY Core Group of professionals and overall users community. This deliverable also aims in informing future EU policies. Networking plan and activities will be also reported here. It will be updated yearly (MS7.2, MS7.4), with the final version delivered at the end of project.

Architecture specification

D3.1 will include the detailed technical specifications (components, interfaces, dataflow etc.) of the Social Platform, Curatorial Tool and Content Management Services. At MS3.1 the goals and ideas of the architecture will be shaped in the first version of the report. At MS3.5 the document will be uploaded with the supported functionalities and the draft technical specifications. D3.1 will be finalized at M24 including the final architecture specification.

IPR report

D2.5 will be a working document about available licenses for releasing PLUGGY software and about the digital libraries, PLUGGY will be connected to. It will be first released at MS5 with a preliminary list of the most suited licensed and the list will be finalized at its official delivery.

Dissemination activities and material

This deliverable will report the dissemination activities as performed throughout the duration of the project and the dissemination material produced. It will be updated yearly (MS7.3, MS7.5), with the final version delivered at the end of project. (TYPE: R/OTHER)

3D sonic narratives

D5.5 will demonstrate all the 3D sonic narratives created for the 3D sonic narratives App. It will use material uploaded to the Social Platform and material imported from the external digital libraries.

Digital libraries presentation

D5.1 will demonstrate in the Social Platform the content of other digital libraries. The purpose of this deliverable is to demonstrate how external sources can be linked with the Social Platform, how the content is presented and how the content is used by the Curatorial Tool.

Collaborative Games

D5.3 will demonstrate all the Collaborative Games created for the Collaborative Game App. It will use material uploaded to the Social Platform and material imported from the external digital libraries.

Geolocation Stories

D5.4 will demonstrate all the Geolocation stories created for the Geolocation App. It will use material uploaded to the Social Platform and material imported from the external digital libraries.

AR stories

D5.2 will demonstrate all the Augmented Reality Stories created for the AR App. It will use material uploaded to the Social Platform and material imported from the external digital libraries.

Content Management Services

D3.4 is the implementation of the Content Management Services based on results of T3.1. At MS3.4 the conceptual version will be presented, which will be updated as a technical prototype at MS3.8 and finalized with the final delivery of the software prototype.

Collaborative Game App

D4.2 is the implementation of the Collaborative Game. Its first version will be released at MS4.2 after the technical prototype of WP3 have been produced and it will be finalized with the final delivery of the prototype. After that, minor customizations and adjustments might occur till the end of the project.

Social Platform

D3.2 is the implementation of the Social Platform based on results of T2.3 and T3.1. At MS3.2 the conceptual version will be presented, which will be updated as a technical prototype at MS3.6 and finalized with the final delivery of the software prototype.

AR App

D4.1 is the implementation of the Augmented Reality App. Its first version will be released at MS4.1 after the technical prototype of WP3 have been produced and it will be finalized with the final delivery of the prototype. After that, minor customizations and adjustments might occur till the end of the project.

Geolocation App

D4.3 is the implementation of the Geolocation App. Its first version will be released at MS4.3 after the technical prototype of WP3 have been produced and it will be finalized with the final delivery of the prototype. After that, minor customizations and adjustments might occur till the end of the project.

Curatorial Tool

D3.3 is the implementation of the Curatorial Tool based on results of T2.4 and T3.1. At MS3.3 the conceptual version will be presented, which will be updated as a technical prototype at MS3.7 and finalized with the final delivery of the software prototype.

3D Sonic App

D4.4 is the implementation of the 3D Sonic App. Its first version will be released at MS4.4 after the technical prototype of WP3 have been produced and it will be finalized with the final delivery of the prototype. After that, minor customizations and adjustments might occur till the end of the project.
