"Augmented ""ABR"" prototype"

2.5D database created in object mode of the initial “augmented ABR” (piece of software accompanied by a user’s guide). In addition, a report documenting on the ABR layout, including single records expected and specifications which need to be implemented in the initial “augmented ABR” will be provided (“Digital Twin Requirements & Specifications Book”).

Including the records of the previous release and the specification and implementation of the processes and automation. This deliverable is the updated 2.5D database delivered in D1.2. (a piece of software duly documented in its structure and in its way of use (user’s guide).

Merging and data structuring software module for digital twin application

The deliverable is a software module allowing the successful merging and data structuration “ready to import” all the data collected in the Augmented ABR DataBase for further exploitation (piece of software duly documented in the functionalities implemented to allow full data set harmonisation)

The output of task 91 shall provide an updated description of any changes to from DX1 the use cases and the high level design of the prototype and live data connectivity to be implemented This will be a living document updated for each intended use case data constraints and results as the prototype is progressed The document will summarise the results and conclude those use cases to be taken forward live data connection

Report describing results of the demonstrator and validation of KPIs

Dissemination, exploitation and communication report

This report will detail the activities undertaken during the life of the project its results and established contacts to key stakeholders as well as exploitation activities carried out by partners

System requirements for the operational tactical and strategic level demonstrator will be developed including architectural views

The output of tasks 92 and 93 shall provide an updated description of any changes from D83 to the use cases and the high level design of the prototype and live data connectivity to be implemented This will be a living document updated for each intended use case data constraints and results as the live data connectivity prototype is progressed

Dissemination Exploitation and Communication Plan

This will detail the objectives and strategy for the dissemination of the project, as well as detailing the methods to be used for dissemination and communication.

Final Data Analysis Summary Report

The output of task 93 shall provide a summary description of the results of the prototyping and big data analysis performed to connect real world data to the algorithms The data to be analysed includes raw points and track circuit data weather data and all possession and fault management systems Any data transformation required shall be documented The document shall cover the KPI results conclusions lessons learnt and suggested next steps along with possible connection to the tactical level SAMP AMP

Demonstrators Validation Report

D33 will summarise the validation carried out by each demonstrator through the corresponding KPIs identified in Task 32 and how these KPIs are impacting on the whole S2R initiative with the exception of WP9 see amended Task 32

The extent to which the demonstrator satisfies the system requirements will be assessed including validation against the User needs

Contribution to S2R Conceptual Data Model

D32 will include the identification and specification of the IN2SMART2 contribution in terms of CDM and architecture to the CFM S2RCFMIPXCCA012019 to allow an adequate requirement traceability and implementation of the demonstrators

IAMS System Architecture and guidelines for its implementation in the demonstrators

D3.1 will report on the refined and finalised IAMS system architecture, the implementation of the Open Standard Interfaces and provide the guidelines to allow demonstrators to implement the system architecture.

D34 will provide the common definitions and approach of the IAMS Digital Twin carried out in IN2SMART2 and indicate possible way forward for future research at S2R level

Data Management Plan

Production and management of the document describing how the Consortium will manage the data produced and consumed by the project. The document will take into consideration also security and privacy aspects.

IAMS integration demonstrator

D3.5 consists of a demonstrator of the IAMS integration potentialities through a common monitoring solution collecting heterogeneous inputs from various demonstrators.

Digital twin demonstrator

The deliverable is the demonstration that a digital twin of real asset has been developed and operated. It will consist of the last up to date 2.5D database of the asset (i.e. the digital twin) and the results of operations of the software module developed (merging and data structuration, automatic patterns and object recognition, new maintenance planning and asset degradation prediction). The deliverable will be accompanied by an assessment report on the benefits and impact of the digital twin in the maintenance strategy.

IP-Demonstrator

Strategical and tactical track asset demonstrator in line with WP3.

Integrated Demonstrator in life environment

A real life demonstration in operational environment on site to be supported by necessary explanatory material as needed.

Rail fastener anomaly detection demonstrator

The TRL 6-7 demonstrator of the rail fastener anomaly detection system using data from an in-service train running at the iron-ore line in Northern Sweden.
