Ethical approvals

Ethical approvals from pilot sites1. Templates of the informed consent forms and information sheets in language and terms intelligible to the participants2. Description of measures to protect research participants who might be vulnerable and minimise the risks.4. The beneficiary must confirm whether the Data Protection Officer (DPO) from VUMC is responsible for the personal data processing activities of the whole project.
