This report will summarize the results of the study of the market in terms of business potential drivers and barriers including externalities

Report on cardiac and vascular microtissue formation capacity of WP3´s materials

Materials (hydrogels and fibres) generated by WP3 will be tested for their capacity to generate cardiac and vascular microtissues, and the results will inform decision-making at WP3.

Production of hiPSC-derived CMs, stromal/vascular cells

Continuous production of hiPSCderived CMs stromalvascular cells following the SOP will take place to supply the needs of the devised activities

Presentation of the Data Management Plan

Preparation and presentation of the Data Management Plan

Data feed for WP2 activities

Data on fibre orientation cardiac function electrophysiology and biomechanics will be obtained from animals undergoing cardiac ischemia This information will feed activities on WP2

Surgery planned, surgeons trained

Transplantation of BioVADs onto infarted pigs will be evaluated and planned.

Stakeholder analysis

This report will include an identification of the most relevant stakeholders within and around the BRAV3 innovations and set up tailored engagement strategies. It will indicate the different Tiers to differentiate the determined stakeholders by modality and timing of their engagement during the project as well as the results of the stakeholder online survey and/or deep-dive interviews.

Project identity, templates and website

Design of the official BRAV3 logo and graphical chart to generate visual identity for the project. Also, an official webpage will be created for BRAV3, to inform public and scientific community about different issues related to the project.

Selection of the External Advisory Board

An External Advisory Board will be created with the consortium. The EAB will help provide support to the BRAV∃ project, which will be composed of a group of professionals with excellence in: Regenerative Medicine, clinical translation, technological development, ethics, businesses and patient organisation.
